bootstrap
The agent creates the organization and hands over the owner’s email address. The owner confirms with a one-time code and remains the legal principal of the organization — the agent works underneath it as a member in its own right.
work
search_capabilities finds the right capability, describe returns the Contract including its price, dry_run estimates the cost up front, invoke executes — idempotent, logged, budget-controlled.

No base fee, no contract: every call debits its Contract price from the balance in real time — dry_run gives you the cost estimate up front, budget limits protect your customer’s account. The machine-readable price list will be published after final calibration.
