webRichtung bills on a Pay per Use basis – in the current model with no base fee, no per-app license and no per-user costs.
Your webRichtung account is free – it gives you access to the platform’s applications.
Every additional user in your company is free. Whether solo or twenty employees – the accounts cost nothing.
1 Credit equals 1 euro (net) at purchase. You pay for actual usage, such as completed phone calls or media productions.
One-time or automatically weekly/monthly, by credit card, SEPA direct debit or Klarna. No forced subscription.
Advanced modules like workspace are unlocked on request. For productions (e.g. in studio) you see the fixed Credit price before you start. Billing details can be found in the documentation. → Documentation
