What the delivery option determines

Standard enquiries go to no more than three providers. With exclusive delivery, only one provider receives the enquiry from webRichtung. Your choice determines how that contact is distributed within the service. It does not determine whether the prospect visits other kitchen studios or obtains quotations independently.

Consultation needs are separate too: an exclusive enquiry may involve early research, while a standard enquiry may contain concrete ideas. Choose exclusivity for the way you want to receive the contact, without assuming that it represents a confirmed design commission.

Two studio approaches to help you decide

A studio with a clearly structured introduction: Suppose your team first presents the range, clarifies the intended scope and then arranges individual design work. You can share responsibility for new contacts and explain your offer clearly when customers compare providers. Standard delivery may fit this approach. Assigning someone to each contact and agreeing the next step still matters.

A studio with a dedicated personal designer: In this second example, one adviser supports the prospect through materials, alternatives and quotation preparation. You want webRichtung to send that contact exclusively to your studio. Exclusive delivery matches that buying preference. You still plan the time for alternatives and follow-up questions yourself; the delivery option does not undertake the consultation.

Assess the project scope separately

The enquiry includes project type, kitchen layout, planning stage, location and contact details. A new kitchen, replacement and partial update make different demands on your range. Consider whether you also replace individual fronts or a worktop when your main focus is complete kitchens.

“Measurements available” means the prospect has selected that stage; the measurements themselves are not supplied. A budget amount is not included either. You establish these foundations yourself. Layout and project type are not ordering filters, and exclusive delivery does not expand the information supplied.

Prepare your delivery choice

Before ordering, note three things: the first consultation step you offer, the person responsible for individual design, and your reason for choosing standard or exclusive. This connects the selection to your studio’s actual work.

In the lead order, choose the industry, Germany nationwide or a German postcode with a radius of at least 50 km, delivery option and monthly limit. The limit caps regular deliveries per calendar month; it is not a promised volume.
