Your driving school can meet new learners at the point where their training ambitions begin. Before buying leads, look at your licence offering: which goals do you cover, and which starting situations can your team accommodate? This helps you judge additional enquiries by the training you actually want to provide.

Consider the training goal and current stage together

The enquiry includes the desired category, training status and preferred schedule, plus search location and contact details in Germany. Goals include category B, German accompanied driving from 17, motorcycle or another category. Starting situations include not yet enrolled, already enrolled, changing schools, and adding a category or taking refresher training.

Both levels matter when purchasing. Offering a category does not automatically mean you can currently take on every starting situation within it. A beginner needs a different introduction from someone continuing their training. The details help you explain your offering personally; they do not replace your own decision about accepting a learner.

Example: car training with several starting routes

Suppose your school offers category B and German accompanied driving from 17. You want new beginners, and your team also considers transfers after its own assessment. It can then address different starting situations within its offering.

Before buying, check where new starts are actually possible. An available information appointment does not yet mean there is capacity for training. Record which services your team can discuss as a concrete possibility. This keeps your school’s promise workable beyond the first introduction.

Example: a motorcycle specialist with a narrow focus

A second hypothetical business wants additional learners for a particular motorcycle specialism. The supplied “motorcycle” option groups AM, A1, A2 and A together; it does not yet identify the precise category. The industry you order also covers other licence goals.

The specialist should therefore assess purchasing against the whole possible range. Category, training status and preferred schedule are not ordering filters. A higher monthly limit does not narrow enquiries to favoured categories. The deciding question is whether the school can usefully handle the type of new contacts offered.

Three notes make the buying decision concrete

• Our offering: Which categories and starting routes can we currently offer or assess personally?
• Our possibilities: Where are new starts realistic, including practical lessons and learners already training with us?
• Our responsibility: Who compares the stated goal with our services and explains the actual options?

The preferred schedule may be regular, as compact as possible, flexible or undecided. It describes a preference. A compact schedule request contains neither a promised course nor a test or completion date. Account for this possible need in your offering without confirming it in advance.
