The form distinguishes replacement, new builds, extensions and requests for advice. It also collects a postcode and contact details.

Will I receive dimensions, materials and window quantities?

These details are not collected in the initial form. Discuss dimensions, materials, quantities and the installation scope with the prospective customer or establish them during a site survey.

Can I order window leads already?

You can register your business now. Ordering window leads has not yet opened. Once the industry becomes available in the customer portal, you can check prices and order options there.

How much do the leads cost?

The current price depends on the area, delivery option and market conditions. You see it in the customer portal before placing a binding order.

How does exclusive delivery work?

Only one provider receives an exclusively delivered enquiry. Allocation considers factors including price, area, credit and monthly limit. No particular delivery volume is guaranteed.

Do I need to use the whole AI platform?

You can purchase customer enquiries as a separate service. Your access takes you to webRichtung Customer. If you later use our software, you keep the same account.
